My passion is to see people grow through creativity. We all have creativity inside us. Creativity is so much more than drawing and painting. To have an open mind and to be able to se beyond what comes to us immediately and try new things.

Nature is a powerful source of healing, re-energizing and a wide open playground for physical training. Starting the day with a fresh brew and some small talk at my local coffee shop is a good spirit booster as well! I am a genuinely curious person with strong association skills, finding it easy to connect things and people.

30 years experience in creative direction, strategy, design and communication. Trained at Danmarks Design Skole 1991-1994, Konstfack 1994-1996, Berghs School of Communications 2017-2018 and Coachutbildning Sverige AB 2020 + a number of additional courses.

Self-employed for 25 years. My clients have been small and large companies, both in Sweden and internationally within the life-style segment including IKEA, Bonnier Fakta, Swedish Post Office, ICA, Riksutställningar, Byarum, Kasthall and many more.

Speaker, teacher and coach at leading design institutes like Konstfack, Beckmans, Lund University Architecture program and Svenska Tecknare.

With this experience and through several courses in personal development and my own therapy, I have developed a solid foundation for coaching and advising.

In my spare time I love getting outside in nature, exercise, practice yoga, travel and spend time in my summer house with friends and loved ones.
