A new chapter in life
Under många år har jag funderat på vad mitt nästa steg i karriären skulle bli. Timmar hos egen coach, funderande, frustrerad, sökande, och adderande av kunskap. Efter många år i design och kommunikationsbranschen så kände jag att jag behövde något mer. Jag noterade att det jag gick igång på var mer strategiskt arbete och designprocessutveckling. Sortera information, dra slutsatser, hitta nya vägar som leder till nya idéer. Göra grundarbetet ordentligt helt enkelt. Från det till att bli coach kändes steget inte långt. En av mina bästa vänner pushade mig, gör det nu. JUST DO IT! Du har ju pratat om det länge. Tack Christian! Det bästa beslutet jag tagit på länge! …och tack Marie-Luise för att du coachade mig när jag var lite över allt!
Vad var det då som hände. Hur föll alla bitar på plats? Jag har alltid varit nyfiken på människor, att lyssna på människor, se hur människor kan växa och göra nya saker. Människors unika historier, drömmar och viljor till att utforska som ger mig energi och som jag hoppas att jag kan ge tillbaka. What goes around comes around. Mitt nya kapitel är vad jag längtat efter länge. En Coachutbildning och ett nytt namn på mitt företag, det var det som gjorde det. Coach and Create. Coachning och kreativitet. Nu hoppas jag att jag kan dela med mig av min kunskap inom design och kommunikation som kreativ rådgivare och som coach med att utmana, kartlägga och stötta dig som klient. For many years I have been thinking and struggling what kind of direction I wanted in my career. Seeing my own coach, searching and frustrated, big time. After many years in the design and communication business I felt that I needed something more. In the creative work I noticed that my energy started to be more and more directed towards strategic work as well as my interest for the design and communication process. Sort things out, mapping information, making conclusions and find new directions to generate new ideas. From that direction to become a coach was not a long way. One of my best friends pushed me to JUST DO IT! Thank you Christian! The best choice I have made in a long time! …and thank you Marie-Luise for coaching me when I was all over the place!
What happended, when everything fell into place? I have always been curious about people, listening to people, see people grow and daring to do new things. Peoples stories, dreams and willing to explore gives me energy that I hope I can give in return. What goes around comes around. This new chapter in life is what I have been longing for. A coach education, and a change of name of my company, and there it was. My new me! Coach and Create. Coaching and Creativity. Now I hope I can share my knowledge in design and communication as a creative advisor, help coach clients by listening, challenge and support. Welcome to my new business Björkbom Coach and Create AB.
